The bath taps were in poor condition - old, corroded, and difficult to
operate. The diverter was jammed, so switching between the shower and
the bath tap wasn't working properly. Some of the fittings were barely
functional, leaking slightly or completely stuck.

This job was in a private house in South London. The customer needed
their old Worcester boiler replaced with a newer, more powerful model
- also Worcester. Straightforward on paper, but there were a few
challenges that needed careful planning on site.

This was a large-scale, long-term project in Central London - a full
mechanical installation across a six-storey building that included both
commercial office spaces and residential flats on the upper levels.
